Paul Simon - A Quiet Celebration Tour

At the Grand Rex in Paris, on May 3rd and 4th, 2026 for his "A Quiet Celebration Tour" world tour!

The legendary singer-songwriter continues his "A Quiet Celebration Tour," a series of intimate concerts showcasing his Grammy-nominated album Seven Psalms and celebrating his timeless classics.

"A magnificent blessing for one of America's most iconic songwriters... Don't miss any chance to see him again."
- Los Angeles Times

"The singer-songwriter delivered a remarkable performance, blending hits and lesser-known tracks with a full performance of his album Seven Psalms (2023)... a triumph for one of the greatest songwriters of the last century."
- Rolling Stone

"Simon is a masterful storyteller... His eleven-piece band was outstanding. Their impeccable, stripped-down arrangements, along with their fresh interpretations of his older songs, enhanced Simon's voice and lyrics."
- Worcester Telegram

"The concert was a masterful and artistic presentation of the rich mosaic of Simon's repertoire. »
- Minneapolis Star Tribune

“The evening was magical. It showcased the exceptional talent of Simon and his band, comprised of guitars, strings, percussion, and wind instruments. As the tour name suggested, it was a restrained approach to showmanship, far removed from the excesses of modern pop concerts… Simon’s performance was both majestic and moving.”
- St. Louis Post-Dispatch

“Paul Simon may have broken the record for standing ovations Wednesday night at Symphony Center. ... This year’s ‘A Quiet Celebration’ tour is… a triumphant return.”
- Chicago Sun-Times

“There’s a fragility and honesty mixed with humor and charm… The title of Simon’s ‘A Quiet Celebration’ tour may describe the tone of his two-hour, twenty-minute show, but it doesn’t quite do justice to the deeply moving performance that spans his entire career.”
- Toronto Sun

“A magical evening… ‘A Quiet Celebration’… was a sublime evening celebrating one of the greatest artists of all time.”
- Toronto Star

“The entire evening was a triumphant return to the stage… a true masterclass… The instrumentation was always surprising and perfectly suited to the songs… It was intense and magnificent… Paul Simon is a first-class artist.”
- Vancouver Sun

Legendary singer-songwriter Paul Simon today announced the continuation of his “A Quiet Celebration Tour,” following the resounding success of his US leg, to present this series of intimate concerts in Europe, the UK, and Ireland in spring 2026.

The show opens with a performance of the Grammy-nominated masterpiece “Seven Psalms.” This magnificent, fluid 33-minute work has been acclaimed by the international press: The Guardian called it a "masterful suite" and The Times of London hailed it as a "remarkable album." After a short intermission, the show resumes with many of Simon's hits and rarely, if ever, performed pieces, all meticulously arranged especially for this tour.

"Seven Psalms" was recorded entirely with acoustic instruments and performed primarily by Paul. Simon often says that it's up to the listener to complete the song, and he wanted to extend this experience to the stage by performing this complex and rich work in intimate venues with impeccable acoustics.

The European tour will begin on April 9 in Prague, Czech Republic, and will travel across Europe and the UK, concluding in Dublin, Ireland, on May 20. The band will consist of:

Mark Stewart (guitar), Bakithi Kumalo (bass), Steve Gadd (drums), Andy Snitzer (saxophone), Jamey Haddad (percussion), Mick Rossi (piano, keyboards), Gyan Riley (guitar), Nancy Stagnitta (flute), Caleb Burhans (viola), and Eugene Friesen (cello).

Tickets for all concerts will go on sale Wednesday, December 17 at 10:00 AM local time.
