Celine Dion Courage World Tour

Cancellation of the last concerts of the Celine Dion Courage World Tour in Europe in 2023 and 2024.

Paris – May 26, 2023

It is with an immense sense of disappointment that we announce today the cancellation of the last concerts of the Celine Dion Courage World Tour in Europe in 2023 and 2024. As the world has emerged from the pandemic, Celine continues her treatment to recover from the illness that is currently preventing her from going back on stage. Celine is working hard on her recovery, but at the moment she is unable to carry out the preparations and the rest of the tour, which was scheduled to take place from August 26, 2023 in Amsterdam to October 4, 2023 in Helsinki, with 6 concerts at Paris La Défense Arena on September 1, 2, 5, 6, 9 and 10, then resume from March 6, 2024 in Prague until April 22, 2024 in London. We have real hope that one day Celine will be able to return to all these cities in Europe to perform for her amazing fans, however now is simply not the time.

“I am so sorry to disappoint you all once again. I take great pains to regain my strength, but touring can be very difficult even when you are at 100%. To you, it's not fair to keep postponing the shows and even though it breaks my heart, it's better that we cancel everything now, until I'm really ready to get back on stage. I want you all to know that I'm not giving up...and I can't wait to see you again!” Celine said.

Celine had performed on 52 dates in North America as part of her Courage World Tour, before being interrupted in March 2020, due to the pandemic. In early 2021, while the entertainment industry was still operating under strict COVID restrictions, Celine starred in her first fiction film Love Again, starring Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Sam Heughan. Then Céline announced that she suffered from a rare disease called Stiff Person's Syndrome, which causes her to have acute and continuous muscle spasms, and which prevents her from performing on stage. The medical team that accompanies Céline follows the evolution of the disease and its treatment.

Tickets purchased for the 42 canceled dates will be refunded.

For reimbursement and if you wish to obtain further information, we invite you to contact your original point of sale from May 30, 2023, until November 30, 2023.
